In 2026, I used a dead Cholla Cactus as an outdoor Christmas decoration with lights and ornaments. After Christmas, I didn't know what to do with it. One morning, I woke up with the idea that it would make beautiful crosses. I have made numerous metal sculptures for family and friends, but I rarely made sculptures out of wood. Thus, my journey began!
